-------A. 6+ years ago from scratch.

-------Q. Who runs the business ?
-------A. Tony does the driving & wife Michaela does the
----------paperwork & administration.

-------Q. So the wife then ?
-------A. ........YES !

-------Q. Do you carry full insurance ?
-------A. Yes. By virtue of being a licenced vehicle we have a most
----------comprehensive policy covering every eventuallity (here or abroad)
----------including vehicle recovery/onward transportation to destination

-------Q. Are you registered with your local council ?
-------A. Yes.

-------Q. Whats the difference between Private Hire & a Taxi ?
-------A. Private Hire bookings must be pre-booked in advance, just 5
----------mins in advance is fine. A Taxi can pickup from the roadside & 'sit' on
----------a taxi-rank. There are as many Private Hire cars as there are Taxis.

-------Q. You operate a fixed price system, what does that mean ?
-------A. We have pre-set prices for 99% of all jobs so you know
----------what the fare will be before you even get in the vehicle.

-------Q. Do you mind taking smaller groups than 8 ?
-------A. No problem. Most of our bookings are between 2 & 6 people & is
----------priced accordingly making our vehicle very competitive.

-------Q. What about luggage. Can you cope with alot of cases ?
-------A. Yes. We have a dedicated luggage area in the rear of
----------the vehicle which can accommodate 8/9/10 cases.

-------Q. Do you have any school runs or council contracts ?
-------A. No.

-------Q. How many airport runs do you do a year ?
-------A. We are doing over 100 airport runs a year + cruises.

-------Q. Do you do other work apart from airports & cruises ?
-------A. Yes.( please see our 'About us' page )

-------Q. How do we go about booking with you ?
-------A. Give us a ring/fax or e-mail us with your details & we'll first
----------see if we're available. If all ok we put all your travel
----------requirements on to our *'confirmation of booking' form
----------& send it to you for your perusal to double-check all
----------are correct. *airports & cruises.

-------Q. Do you have colleagues that can work with you ?
-------A. Yes. We work with a select group of taxi/private hire companies
----------that we can trust our clients with when necessary.
